Licences, paid pilots and professional services are available now, by agreement. Self-serve plans open when public registration opens. Naira prices for self-serve plans include VAT; all other prices exclude applicable taxes.

Our own software and services
Slas earns from licences, pilots, subscriptions and professional services. We do not take a percentage of your transactions.
Local currency
Prices are shown in naira for Nigeria, and in US and Canadian dollars elsewhere. The currency of each sale is set out under Currency in the terms of sale below.
Pilots before commitments
A paid, scoped pilot comes first. Its fee is credited in full when you move to a licence.
Taxes
Naira prices for self-serve plans include VAT. All other prices exclude VAT, GST/HST and other applicable taxes, which your proposal, order form or invoice shows as a separate line.
Platform licences, billed annually.
For institutions that run a Slas product as part of their operations. Every licence is scoped in a proposal and agreed in a signed order form.

- Naira prices include VAT at 7.5% and are the amount you pay; your invoice shows the net price, the VAT and the total. US-dollar and Canadian-dollar prices exclude taxes; GST/HST or other tax is added and shown separately where it applies.
- Each paid plan is sold monthly or annually. An annual plan is billed once a year at the annual price shown, which is ten times the monthly price: two months free.
- Plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Before an annual plan renews, we email you the renewal date and price.
- Annual plan: full refund if cancelled within 14 days of payment, subject to applicable law. Monthly plan: cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period, with no partial refund.
- Guided onboarding is quoted in naira and US dollars.
Who sells to you, and on what terms.
- Who sells to you
- Customers in Nigeria buy from Slas Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria, RC 849817, registered office Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Customers elsewhere buy from Slas Technologies Inc., a federal corporation, corporation number 17464258, registered office Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Your order form or invoice names the seller.
- Currency
- Currency is determined by the applicable pricing schedule, proposal, order form or invoice. Nigerian customers contracting with Slas Technologies Limited are invoiced in Nigerian naira unless otherwise agreed in writing. Canadian customers contracting with Slas Technologies Inc. are invoiced in Canadian dollars or, where expressly stated in the applicable proposal or order form, US dollars. Customers elsewhere contracting with Slas Technologies Inc. are generally invoiced in US dollars.
- Taxes
- Naira prices for self-serve plans include VAT and are the amount you pay. Licences, pilots and services are priced excluding VAT and other applicable taxes, and your proposal and order form state the tax and the total payable before you sign. In Canada, prices exclude GST/HST, which is added where it applies. Every invoice shows the net price, the tax rate and amount, and the total.
- Billing
- Licences, pilots and services are invoiced as set out in your signed order form. Self-serve plans, when they open, are billed in advance for each monthly or annual period.
- Renewal
- Licences renew only as your order form provides. Self-serve plans will renew automatically for the same period until you cancel; before an annual plan renews, we will email you the renewal date and price.
- Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel as described in our refund and cancellation policy, which also explains when and how refunds are paid.

SlasPay
Payment orchestration for businesses on the Slas platform is priced by agreement. Processing fees are set by the licensed payment provider that processes each payment. SlasPay does not hold customer funds.
Invoices, payments and refunds
Licences, pilots and services are provided under a signed order form and invoiced. Invoices are paid by bank transfer or through a licensed payment provider; Slas never receives or stores your card details. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
