The site is operated by Slas Technologies Inc., a federal corporation (corporation number 17464258) with its registered office in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, and Slas Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 849817) with its registered office in Lagos, Nigeria.

If you are in Nigeria, these terms are an agreement between you and Slas Technologies Limited. In every other case, they are an agreement between you and Slas Technologies Inc. In these terms, “Slas”, “we” and “us” mean the company your agreement is with.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

The site gives general information about Slas Technologies, its platform and its products. Nothing on the site is an offer, a commitment or a warranty, and nothing on it forms a contract, except where a page expressly says so, such as the terms of sale on our pricing page. We may change or remove information on the site at any time.

The Slas products, such as SlasProp, SlasPay and SlasIntel, are governed by their own terms, which you accept when you use them. Prices and purchases are governed by the terms of sale on slastech.com/pricing and our Refund and Cancellation Policy at slastech.com/refund-policy. A proposal, order form or other agreement you sign with us takes precedence over these terms for what it covers.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

The content, design, software and marks on the site are owned by, or licensed to, Slas Technologies Inc. or Slas Technologies Limited, and are protected by law. SlasProp, SlasPay, SlasIntel, SFXIM, STOS, SEOS and NBOMS are names of Slas products. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify or distribute the site's content, except as the law permits or with our written consent.

Information you submit through the site is handled under our Privacy Policy at slastech.com/privacy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit, and you confirm that you are entitled to provide it.

The site may link to other websites and services, including Slas product sites and third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law permits, we give no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law permits, Slas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

If your agreement is with Slas Technologies Limited, these terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If your agreement is with Slas Technologies Inc., these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.

In either case, this does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

We may revise these terms. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and a revised version applies from the date it is published. If you do not agree to a revised version, please stop using the site.
